Degradation Curve

How the degradation model works: Connection rate decreases as dial volume increases above your current baseline. For every additional 500 dials, the connection rate drops by the degradation percentage you set. This models real-world effects: carrier flagging, list fatigue, hitting worse leads, simultaneous dials competing for the same pool. The rate will never drop below the floor you set.
